I'm a buyer. How can Medzo benefit me?

Medzo leverages data from the Vendormate network to give you instant access to over 70,000 credentialed suppliers. So when you enter search terms into our Find bar, it delivers very targeted results that best match your needs. As a registered buyer, you can view company profiles, check out products and services, stay informed about promotional deals and quickly find contact information for companies you'd like to engage.

I'm a supplier. How can Medzo benefit me?

Medzo makes it easy to broadcast information about your products and services to the hospitals and healthcare centers in the areas you serve. A collaborative tool, it helps you make connections through over 600,000 healthcare relationships and access 48,000 healthcare providers in the Vendormate network, while providing an exceptional opportunity to introduce new products, services and promotions. By allowing buying contacts to segment on very specific criteria, Medzo helps the right audiences quickly find and recognize the relevance and value of your brand as it relates to their specific needs.

I am a buyer. How do I access Medzo?

Both buyers and suppliers must be registered users to access Medzo. If you are a current Vendormate customer, you can use your Vendormate credentials to log in to Medzo. If you do not have a current Vendormate account, register now . Once you register with Medzo, you will receive a confirmation email.

I am a supplier. How do I access Medzo?

Both buyers and suppliers must be registered users to access Medzo. If you are already credentialed, you can use your Vendormate username and password to access Medzo.

If your company is credentialed, but you have not registered as a user in the network, you can complete the registration process here . Through this process, you will receive your username and password to access the Vendormate network, including your company's storefront in Medzo. If your company is not credentialed, you can register to be credentialed as a new company in Medzo here .

I am a supplier. How do I subscribe to Medzo?

You can complete your subscription in the Medzo tool. Simply log in to Medzo and select the Broadcast Network tab. Here, you can build a network of healthcare organizations by selecting the entire country or states in which you sell, so you can generate new business opportunities in these areas. You can also narrow selections down to individual facilities. This network, called a "Broadcast Network", determines which healthcare organizations will be able to view your complete company, product and service, and promotional details once you purchase your annual subscription and visionize your Medzo profile.

How much does an annual Medzo subscription cost?

Suppliers can purchase an annual subscription to share their complete Medzo Storefront within a selected Broadcast Network. This annual subscription allows you to make product, service, and promotion details visible to all healthcare facilities in areas where you do business, or areas where you would like to do business. Rates start as low as $10 per facility, per year. State prices are determined based on the volume of healthcare organizations in the state. Are only Vendormate hospitals and healthcare centers able to search in Medzo?

No, any registered employee of a healthcare provider—hospital, ambulatory center or physician practice—is able to access and search in Medzo.

Can any vendor be listed in Medzo?

Yes, but they must be a credentialed member of the Vendormate network first. If you are already registered, you can log in to update your storefront here . If you are not credentialed and are interested in joining Medzo, register now.

Will other suppliers be able to see my storefront?

No, not at this time. Vendors only have access to their own storefronts.

If a buyer is not part of a vendor's broadcast network, will they still be able to see a company profile?

Yes, they will see basic information including the company name, location and company credentials. However, a complete company profile, product/service pages, and promotions will not be available.

Will vendors be able to see who views pages?

Medzo will include an "Activity" section in future releases. Vendors will be able to browse this section for aggregated data about the volume and roles of the users who have viewed your pages.

How will Medzo users know how to contact vendors?

Every page has a "Contact Now" link, which will display the email and phone numbers for sales reps registered with a company. Buyers can select the appropriate contact and send an email directly from Medzo.
